Appointments

Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or in person. While walk-ins are welcome when availability allows, we highly recommend scheduling in advance to reserve your preferred date, time, and stylist.

Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment to ensure you have ample time to check in and settle in.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for advance notice whenever possible.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee, as reserved appointment times are held exclusively for you and prevent us from accommodating other guests.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate your appointment. However, depending on our schedule, your service may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid delaying other guests.

Service Adjustments

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you have concerns about your service, please contact our salon within 7 days of your appointment so we can review your experience and determine an appropriate adjustment if needed.

Refund Policy

Due to the time, expertise, and professional products used during each service, all salon services are non-refundable.

Retail product returns or exchanges may be accepted only for unopened or defective items in accordance with our salon guidelines.

Pricing

Service prices may vary depending on your stylist, hair length, hair density, time required, and product usage. Any additional services or upgrades requested during your appointment may result in an adjusted total.

Children & Guests

To maintain a relaxing environment and ensure everyone's safety, we kindly ask that only guests receiving services remain in the salon unless prior arrangements have been made.

Children must be supervised by an accompanying adult at all times.

Health & Safety

Please inform your stylist of any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or recent chemical services before your appointment. This allows us to recommend the safest and most appropriate services for your hair.
